247reps is pre-launch. A company this early usually publishes nothing about how it operates — or publishes promises. This page does neither. It states exactly what is true about this site today, it is dated, and it changes when the truth does. If a claim about us isn’t on this page, don’t assume it — ask us.

The short version

• The rep on our home page is labelled as an AI rep, right under the orb.
• If you join our launch list, we keep your email. If you set up a rep with us, we also keep your account and the answers you give.
• We don’t sell your data. There are no advertising cookies here, and no tracking of you across other sites.
• There are no prices on this site because pricing doesn’t exist yet — nothing is hidden.
• There are no Terms of Use yet — we’d rather publish nothing than boilerplate no lawyer has read.

What the AI here actually does today

247reps is a company built on AI reps doing real work for businesses, so this page will always be direct about the AI itself.

Here is what the AI on this site does today:

• The rep on the home page is a preview. When you wake it, it types one pre-written line and offers you an email field. It doesn’t converse, and there is no AI model behind it.
• Setting up a rep uses AI, from an outside AI company. Your answers and questions, and the text of your website, are sent to it. The AI reads your website, writes or rewords what the rep says to you, renames the parts of your map to fit your business, suggests answers for you to check, and drafts a greeting if you ask. Before a rep can go live, AI also plays it in practice conversations so it can be checked.

We label the home page rep as an AI rep anyway, because that is what it represents and what it is becoming — and because of a standing rule we have already adopted: people should always know when they are talking to an AI rep. When reps start working for businesses, that rule carries over — a visible AI label on every surface that has one.

Your data, today

What we keep depends on what you do here:

• Your email address, if you join our launch list or set up a rep with us — held on our signup list by our email delivery provider, noted in our server’s log, and used to tell you when we launch and to send you updates.
• Your account, if you set up a rep with us — kept in our own database: your email, your business’s name, the answers you give, what we read from your website if you share it, and a record of each sign-in with the browser and device it came from.
• The steps you take while setting up a rep — each one saved with a random visit number, so we can see where people stop. If you then give us your email, that number is sent to us with it.
• What you write in a bug report, if you send one — kept in our own database and our server’s log, along with the page, where on it you pinned the report, your window size, and your email if you type one or are signed in.
• Your IP address, read when your browser sends us something, and held in the server’s memory to stop automated abuse. It is never written to a database.

No outside company’s analytics runs on this site, and nothing here keeps a history of the pages you visit or where you came from. We had Google Analytics installed for one week in July 2026. It never actually ran: this site’s own security policy blocked it on every single visit, so it collected nothing. We found that on July 30 and removed it rather than switch it on.

The Privacy Policy covers all of this in full. It hasn’t had legal review yet, and it says so at the top.

What we deliberately don’t claim

You won’t find success statistics, customer counts, or outcome claims anywhere on this site. That is deliberate: we don’t publish numbers we can’t verify, and we’re pre-launch. When numbers appear here, they will be measured ones.

Security

This section used to say there was almost nothing here to take. That is no longer true: this site now keeps accounts for people setting up a rep with us. Here is what is true about them:

• No passwords. You sign in with a link we email you, which works once and expires after 30 minutes. The one exception: setting up with an email address that’s new to us signs you in straight away.
• Our database can’t sign anyone in. It never holds your sign-in link or the key that keeps you signed in — only a one-way code made from each, so a copy of it could not be used to get into your account.
• No card payments. Nothing on this site asks for payment details.

If you have read anywhere that 247reps stores hashed passwords or processes card payments, that describes an older site, not this one.

Beyond that, the specifics — none of which you have to take our word for:

• Encrypted connections, enforced. This site is HTTPS only, and it instructs your browser to refuse an unencrypted connection to it for the next two years.
• No outside code runs on this page. A content security policy blocks scripts from any domain but our own, so no ad network, tracker, or third-party vendor can execute anything here. That policy is not decoration — it is what silently blocked our own analytics for a week, which is how we discovered we shouldn’t have had any.
• This page cannot be embedded in another site, which is the usual way a real page gets wrapped inside a fake one.
• Camera, microphone, and location are switched off at the page level. Nothing here is able to ask you for them.
• The signup form is rate limited and trapped. Ten submissions per ten minutes from any one internet address, plus a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in. A security and content delivery network sits in front of all of it to absorb the rest.

Every one of those is a response header or a few lines of code on our side. Your browser’s developer tools will show you the headers this page was served with, so you can check the list above against reality rather than trusting it.

• Privacy Policy — published, dated, and marked as not yet reviewed by a lawyer.
• Terms of Use — not published yet. They are on the legal work list and will appear here after they have been through legal review — not before.
