Privacy Policy
Last updated July 23, 2026
This is a draft, starter document describing what this site actually does today. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, is not a substitute for legal advice, and should not be relied on for legal compliance until it has been reviewed by qualified counsel familiar with your jurisdiction and applicable data protection law (for example CCPA, GDPR, or other regional requirements). We are publishing it now because we collect email addresses for launch updates, and we would rather be transparent about our current practices than have no policy at all.
This policy explains what information 247 Reps, Inc. (“247reps,” “we,” or “us”) collects through this website and how it is used. Right now, 247reps is a pre-launch teaser: the only information we collect is the email address you choose to give us so we can tell you when we launch. We will update this policy as the site grows and begins to collect more.
Information we collect
The personal information we handle right now is:
- Your email address — when you enter it in the signup form to be notified about our launch and updates. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or any other details on this page.
- Your IP address — read automatically when you submit the signup form, and used only to limit how many times the form can be submitted from one place. This is to stop automated abuse of an open form. It is held briefly in the server’s memory, for around ten minutes, and is not written to a database or used to identify you.
- Basic usage information — such as which pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, the type of device and browser you use, and which site you arrived from. We use this to understand whether the site is working and whether people find it useful. It is collected through Google Analytics, described under Cookies below.
How we use your email
- To email you about our launch and, if you want, occasional updates as we roll out.
- To keep a record of who has signed up, so we can notify everyone when we go live.
Where your email is kept
When you sign up, three things happen. Your email address is added to our signup list, which is held by our email delivery provider — that list is where your address actually lives, and it is what we will use to email you at launch. A notification is sent to our own team so we know someone has signed up. And the signup is written to our server’s activity log, which is held by our hosting provider, and which we use to check the signup form is working.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.
Who we share information with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us, and not for their own purposes:
- An email delivery provider — holds our signup list, and sends the launch and notification emails.
- A cloud hosting provider — runs this website, and holds the server activity logs described above.
- A content delivery and security network — sits in front of this site to keep it fast and to protect it from attacks. As a result it processes the traffic to this site, including your IP address.
- Google — provides Google Analytics, which we use to measure how the site is used. Google receives the usage information described above and processes it under its own privacy policy.
If you would like to know exactly which companies these are, email us using the details below and we will tell you.
We do not otherwise share your email address with third parties, except where required by law.
Data retention
We keep your email address for as long as we need it to notify you about our launch and send the updates you signed up for. You can ask us to remove it at any time — just contact us using the details below, and we will delete it.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete your email address, at any time.
- Your email is the only thing we ask for, and it is only needed if you want us to notify you at launch — you are free not to provide it.
Cookies
This site uses two kinds of cookies, and no advertising cookies of any kind.
- A security cookie, set by the content delivery and security network in front of this site. It is short-lived, strictly necessary for the site to operate, and protects the site from automated abuse. It is not used to identify or track you.
- Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics. These let us tell a returning visitor from a new one and group page views into visits, so we can see how many people reach the site and what they do there. They are named
_gaand_ga_followed by a code for this site, and they last up to two years.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely, at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works normally either way — analytics is not needed for anything you came here to do.
We do not use cookies for advertising, and we do not sell the information they collect. If we add cookies beyond those described here, we will update this policy first.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold and use encrypted connections to this site. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We expect to update this policy as 247reps grows and begins collecting more than an email — for example when we add accounts, billing, or other tools. We will update the “last updated” date above when we do.
